The only criticism is that they have too often released that pressure by taking speculative pot shots from more 25 yards plus. It still feels that their best route to goal is by getting the ball into the penalty area from the wide areas.

It's sad to see Patrik Schick go off with an injury. He's had a terrible time with groin issues these past two seasons and become more of a rotational option with Bayer Leverkusen as a result.

There is still a decent goalscorer in there — if only he had better injury luck and more consistent minutes.
