GEAR GUARD® Providing extended warranties on camping gear and accessories, hunting equipment and accessories, fishing tackle and accessories, marine articles and accessories, and electronic devices and accessories.

Gear Guard is Rivian's security system that connects Rivian hardware (interior screen, braided steel cable, cameras) and software technology to keep a watchful eye on your vehicle and gear while you're away.

In most cases, if the item was purchased through the catalog or online, you may return it to us for an exchange or refund either by mail or at the store within 60 days of purchase with valid proof of purchase. We will accept items returned after 60 days on an inspection basis only.

To change or cancel an order that has been placed, please contact Gearbox Headquarters immediately at 1.877. 443.2726. A Gearbox Customer Service Representative will assist you. Business hours are from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm PST, Monday - Friday.

Rivian Gear Guard Is an Active Security System

Much like Tesla's Sentry Mode, Gear Guard is functionally an active security system. On the Rivan R1T pickup and R1S SUV, it makes use of built-in cameras to monitor the activity around the vehicle.

Bass Pro Shops offers a discount to verified military personnel, law enforcement officers (LEOs), firefighters, emergency medical technicians (EMTs), and fish & wildlife agents. Eligible customers receive a 5% discount on firearms and ammunition and a 10% discount on all other eligible merchandise.

Unfortunately, ammunition and other hazardous materials are non-returnable to Bass Pro Shops. Due to ATF regulations, once ammunition or other hazardous materials leave our facility (whether our distribution center or a retail store) we are unable to accept a return.
